Golf Club Guarantee
GlobalGolf.com hopes that you are happy with your order. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. If not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service right away!
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the incorrect product, please call 1-866-843-0262 within seven (7) business days, and we will either replace the product,or refund your full purchase price including shipping.
Inadvertent Misrepresentation
If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please call customer service to make arrangements for a return. Once we receive the product, we will reevaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made our part, we will issue a full refund, including shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
Warranty Issues
We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any club we sell; please note the exception below on Taylor Made product. If the club was damaged during shipping, we have the ability to file with UPS and either replace the club or refund the full purchase price including shipping. You have 2 business days from the arrival of the to inspect it and contact us with any problems. After this time period, the sale is final.
Warranty on Taylor Made Demo Items: We are currently offering a variety of Taylor Made clubs on eBay. Because the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on these particular products, we are offering our own warranty! For these Taylor Made clubs that have NWRNTY stamped on the hosel we are offering a limited 30 day warranty!! The clubs were either previously owned and not sold by a golf shop and returned to Taylor Made or special orders that were never actually purchased by the vendor. The warranty covers any structural defect from the manufacturer.
The club must not have been abused, defaced, altered, misused or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer and must be in the same condition it was in at the time of the purchase.

Damage in Shipping
Sometimes golf clubs are damaged in shipping. If this situation arises please call please call customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf.
