Description

The XXIO X irons are built with advanced construction and materials to create an extraordinary set of irons with a higher trajectory and greater distance. Each uniquely shaped tungsten nickel sole weight is positioned as low and deep as possible, helping to create a high launch and more forgiveness as well as providing the exact CG location for optimal performance. The thin, titanium face is significantly more efficient than steel, producing a larger sweet spot and higher ball speeds.

Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Normal ball marks on the faces; minor scratching on the soles; no significant dings on the heads; no significant wear on the shafts.

Didn't find the XXIO X irons as responsive as the XXIO hybrids and 5 metal that I purchased. Traded in my Taylor Made M6 irons thinking the XXIO irons would be a better fit but not so much in my opinion.

For moderate swinging golfers, the XXIO X irons pump out distance and accuracy thanks to the following features.


True-Focus Impact Technology



The COR area on the face of the XXIO X irons is expanded, giving more ball speed across more of the face.


Low CG Design



A tungsten nickel weight is placed in the lowest, deepest position of the sole. This position creates a high launch and adds forgiveness by increasing the MOI.


Progressive Weighting



The tungsten nickel weights have shapes designed specifically for each iron. The unique shape optimizes the CG and launch conditions, helping you get the most performance out of each iron.


Titanium Face Construction



Maximum ball speed is achieved by constructiong the face of the XXIO X irons with a thin titanium material. At impact, the titanium flexes more, delivering the energy to the golf ball for more distance.
