The Wilson Staff D300 irons were designed for distance. Featuring the next generation of FLX Face Technology, which minimizes contact points between the thin face and club head, the D300 delivers maximum bend upon impact for a powerful launch. The D300 also features Power Hole technology, which are holes filled with TE031 Urethane around the club face to allow for added face flex at impact. Heel and toe weighting is optimized to increase MOI for advanced forgiveness.

Handicap: 6-10  Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

I don't know what to say. I ordered my set and took them right to my course that I have played for over 50 years. To set this up my driver swing speed is 85 to 90 MPH.(not very fast) . I know were I hit every club and what the distance is on this course. I going to make this short ok (160 yards out 7 iron I could not believe it). 140 yards out 9 iron. This is crazy and I love it. Just turn the clock back 20 yards. Ps I am 68..If you guys don't buy these your nuts.

Power holes - not so sure they do much

I have to agree with the reviewer above. I've always played Wilson irons but I was disappointed D300 irons. Good looking club but the power holes did little for me.
The D200 irons performed much better for me and I just upgraded to the D350 irons since they have the same technology as the D200s but look much better. The "speed sole" in the D200/D350 really does work. Power holes - not impressed.

Not at all what I expected

I was upgrading from D200s, but found out that they were far superior than the D300s. D200s were far better, longer, better feel feedback, and more forgiving. The shafts in the D200s were far better than the shafts in the D300s. I quickly got rid of them: a waste of money, time and effort.
I am a 10 handicap, and the D300s proved to be totally disappointing. But, I got a set of D350s and I totally love them! The D350s shafts are the same shafts as what is in the D200s. The D350s are longer, straighter, more forgiving and look great!

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
