    Description

The Callaway MD3 Milled wedges were designed to have the versatility for every shot, every course condition and every swing. After receiving extensive input from Tour players, legendary wedge designed Roger Cleveland used their feedback to create the toe profile, sole and grinds of the MD3 Milled wedges. With 3 unique grinds, a new milled Progressive Groove Optimization system that optimizes spin for each loft, and advanced shaping and design, you can specialize your wedges to your game. The S Grind is the most versatile option and is great for a wide range of course conditions, shot types and swings.

    Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: NOTE: Some wedges are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Normal ball marks on the face with minimal groove wear; minor scratching on the sole and in the cavities; no significant wear on the shaft.

    Technology / Specs

The Callaway MD3 Milled S Grind Wedge is a versatile golf club made for every type of course condition. The wedge is perfect for a number of shots because of its unique grind, progressive groove optimization, and advanced shape.

This wedge is for firmer conditions on the golf course. It features more heel and toe relief for players who like to open the clubface on shots around the green. The S-Grind is a versatile option and is great for a wide range of conditions (normal, soft or firm), shot types, and swings (moderate to sweeping attack angles).

Progressive Groove Optimization is milled onto the face of the wedge to optimize spin as you go up in loft. There are three different kinds:
    1. A narrow and deep 30-degree V-groove in the pitching for shots that require a steep angle into the ball.
    2. 20V grooves in the sand wedges for full shots and bunker shots.
    3. Wider 5V grooves in the lob wedges for better control for shots out of the rough and around the green.

The advanced shaping and design create a well-balanced wedge with a high toe profile and a semi-straight leading edge. It includes weight-saving ports in the back of the clubhead which attest to the wedge's expert craftsmanship. The weights create better shot-making, especially out of the deep rough.
