Description

The TaylorMade AeroBurner TP driver is TaylorMade’s fastest and most aerodynamic driver ever. It features a 460cc aerodynamic shape, a longer hosel, flatter lie and a more open face angle. The new Open Channel Speed Pocket is the largest speed pocket designed so far, and increases the size of the sweet spot and reduces spin. This driver has a matte white finish, black PVD face and linear AeroBurner crown graphic to make alignment easy. Several aftermarket shafts and grips are available to customize your AeroBurner.

Features

  • Advanced 460cc aerodynamic design

Q
I am an average golfer, with handicap around 10. Is a TP driver for me, or is that for scratch golfers?
asked by Duane S. on 8/7/2016
A
I would highly recommend doing a driver fitting before trying to decide between a TP and non-TP version as they are very different. It will depend on your swing-speed and other swing characteristics.

Q
What is the face angle on this specific driver? The excellent condition 9.5 degree tp with stiff UST shaft?
asked by Anthony M. on 10/6/2016
A
The Face angle on the Aeroburner TP is 1 degree open and the lie angle is 2 degrees flatter than the regular Aeroburner.

Aeroburner TP driver 10.5

Fantastic driver. Great feel, strong ball flight mid-high, 5-10 more yards than other TM models. Set up is square to slightly open at address. If there is no need for adjustability and white head is ok, take a swing. I read good feedback on GolfWrx thread. Very surprised at this model as it might and day compared to non TP.

Handicap: 0-5  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

The Aeroburner TP is my favorite Taylormade driver of all time. Very solid feel at impact and great ball flight. Less fade bias than previous TP models and very easy to turn over. Great bargains on these clubs now, especially with custom high end shafts. Great club!

TP shaft is good. Feels light compared to others of similar weight. Very long stock shaft/head combo
