The Adams Tight Lies 2 fairway wood features new Ghost Slot Technology is a crown slot that is nearly invisible, and features a refined "barbell" cut-thru slot, which when coupled with our tri-sole and low-profile design, makes it easier than ever to launch it high from the fairway, the rough, tight lies or even a fairway bunker.

What's the difference between this and the TI version other than its titanium? How does it being titanium help?
asked by Jimmy S. on 8/10/2016
The lightweight of the titanium allows a 75 gram steel plate to be placed on the sole of the club moving the CG of the club lower. A lower CG makes the club even easier to hit the ball higher and provides some increased forgiveness.

Do you know when these clubs were manufactured by Orlimar. I'm looking for a low profile small headed 3 wood like Orlimar and I wanted to know which was a newer model, the Ties Lies 2 or the Tight lies TI
asked by William R. on 10/25/2016
The Tight Lies 2 and Ti models were both released in 2015. The Ti model would most likely have the hotter face since it is made with titanium if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend trying both to see which one works best for you.

What is the difference between the 3 wood and the 4 wood if they both have the same degree and length and the same shaft?
asked by Anthony M. on 12/5/2016
It appears we have made an error in listing the specifications of the fairway woods. According to adamsgolf.com, they are available in a 3-wood that is 14 degrees and 43 inches long or a 3-wood with 16 degrees of loft and 42.5 inches long. It is also available in a 5 and 7-wood. There should not be an option to choose a 4-wood as that club does not exist.

I have the 16 degree with a Kuro Kage R Shaft. This club is easy to shape shots.... High Fade.... Low Draw or choke down, for control. Nice sound.. not too metallic. Best fairway club I have ever owned. MINT means NEW... Thanks Global Golf !

Just put any kind of decent swing on the ball and this wil make you feel like an expert with fairway woods. So much easier (and just as long) compared to other fairways off the deck.

great recovery club i had two knock-off clubs made for me a few yrs ago and they hit very well but i moved to another state since and my clubs were picked through and some were missing i tried playing without them but added lots of strokes so i came accross Global Golf and ordered a 3 and 7 with new grips they came within a week looking brand new and hit like a dream and i have to say i paid more for the knock-off? Awesome clubs

Easy to hit

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play monthly  Dexterity: Right Hand

This wood is easy to hit from all types of lies. I actually found it easier to hit from the turf than the tee. The head seems smaller than other woods in the market. My only issue is that I tend to slice it more than my other wood.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
