The Mizuno JPX-850 fairway woods offer the ultimate in playability and forgiveness in a balanced package. The new shock wave sole enables the entire club to contract and expand at impact leading the more energy transfer from the swing to the ball and thereby increasing distance. It also features Mizuno's quick switch adjustability allowing the player a 4 degree range of loft adjustment. Finally, the low CG makes it easy to launch from any condition.

Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: Moderate face and sole wear; sky-marks, paint chips, paint blemishes, and scratches on the crown; dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; shaft wear.

Club just arrived. Very clean, barely used. Ordered the value, club came in almost new condition. Haven’t had a chance to play with it yet.

I traded in a bunch of my old, odds & ends/home tinkering clubs that really never get any course time use anymore for this club, which I found at a local shop recently; a demo 3 wood. I'd hit it in their net a time or two, and got it in my head that this slightly over length, adjustable 3 wood could be my version of a mini-driver(I find even the tour models of what's currently available a little too big head-wise). I've yet to get enough range reps to be overly confident, but I do think I've succeeded in my attempt.
Hit this club in much the same way I used to hit 42-43 inch steel shafted drivers in the early 2000s. When urethrane ball covers were new, and square grooves plentiful. Personally, that was the greatest driving era of my life, so I'm attempting to recreate it. I'm not as strong as I was then, but with advancements in technology perhaps I can make up the distance, because 265 in the short grass works from whatever set of tee boxes you wanna play for me.

These are your U-try selections. Only U-try eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
