Description

The Ping i25 iron features a 17-4 stainless steel head and is designed for a variety of player types. Its progressive set design provides long irons with head sizes and sole widths that encourage high trajectories and ample forgiveness, while the mid irons and wedges have more offset and are more compact for improved accuracy on approach shots.The CTP (Custom Tuning Port) optimizes feel and trajectories, while the tungsten weighting in the toe provides more forgiveness. The stabilizing bars in the long irons are narrow for increased ball speeds while the stabilizing bars in the short irons are wider to produce a lower trajectory for improved control.

Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

I switched from Ping G's which I liked to these I 25's These I 25irons have a nice soft feel and launch the ball nice and high.

A friend of mine had recommended globalgolf and I decided to purchase a set of used ping i25 irons. I have always been a ping fan and it was time to upgrade from the i5 series that I was using. I read a lot of reviews, did a static fitting with ping and settled on the i25 blue dot. The globalgolf site was easy to use and kept me updated on the shipping to bangalore through DHL. The clubs arrived a day earlier than expected and the condition exceeded my expectations. The only slightly negative aspect was the customs duty payment which is a bit of a lottery as you dont know the exact amount and also pay additional DHL charges for remitting customs duty. All in all a happy customer and will definitely recommend globalgolf to fellow golfers.
