Solid Club

I've been a solid iron player since I started playing 16 years ago. I've always preferred my 3 and 4 irons over any sort of woods. I finally decided to antee up and get a hybrid because I've heard it's easier to hit out of the rough AND I was tired of chunking an iron out of the rough. I did all kind of research and ended up purchasing a 22 degree TM Raylor 4. I figured if it was terrible at least I didn't waste a 3 and a 4. It's AWESOME. On a 190 yd uphill and always into a cross wind par 3 that I normally play a 4 iron into, I choked down and stuck it within 20 feet. I was STOKED that it held the green. It stopped just like an iron! Essentially, I've taken my 3 iron and 4 iron and replaced them with a 3.5 iron called a Raylor 4. Easy to hit off the deck. Easy to hit out of the rough. Easy to place in middle of fairway off the tee. This is an overall winner of a club and I should have purchased one a long time ago.

Great club

Great club! Replaced a 3-wood and a Nike Ignite 3-Hybrid, both of which felt a little funky when I hit them. Picked this up and the thing is so smooth. Great distance and control from the tee, especially on long par 3s around here. Gets the ball to the green, either from the tee, fairway, or rough. Sounds sweet when ya hit is just right!

Raylor Review

This is a great hybrid to hit out of the rough. If you play a course often that leaves you in thick grass, this club can get you out with good distance. I find it visually, and mentally tough from the tee or fairway. You may only use it 3 times a round, but that could be the difference between first place and second. Have fun!
