The Srixon i-701 forged irons feature a 2-piece design, a forged 1025 carbon steel body and an extremely soft 1020 carbon steel face, for ultimate feedback and feel, while also creating a large, high COR face for more forgiveness. Its pocket cavity structure lowers and deepens the center of gravity for optimal trajectory and delivers the clubhead through impact with maximum stability.

Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Nice irons
By Don on 3/7/2011

I've had two sets of these irons, one with DG R300 shafts and a second with the Lite version of the DG S300. All I can say is the shaft makes all the difference. The R300 set were awesome. Smooth, soft, forgiving iron. The sole cuts through turf like no other iron I've played. The other set....not so much. The feel was not the same. Try these out with different shafts if you can before buying.

These are your U-try selections. Only U-try eligible clubs appear here. 2 club limit.

Our U-try golf club demo program lets you try out a brand new golf club from the game's top brands for 14 days and only $25 a club. That's right—you get a brand new, still-in-the-plastic club to try for two weeks for just $25.

You get to try it when, where, and how you want for two weeks before deciding if you want to buy it or not.

Want to test out two different brands, or two different configurations? No problem. U-try lets you try out up to 2 clubs for $25 per club.

This isn't 30 minutes on the range with range balls, a pro looking over your shoulder, and an awkward conversation at the end about whether you want it or not.

U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

If you don't love it, simply put it back in the box it came in, use the included prepaid return shipping label, and send it back to us. That's it.

If you do love it, that's awesome! You keep the club, we'll subtract the $25 trial fee off the final cost of the club, and we'll charge you the difference.
