Bag Boy Navigator Quad Cart

Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

I started looking at battery powered push carts over a year ago. I started out thinking I wanted something that was non remote and quickly determined that was not what I wanted. When I began seriously thinking about purchasing it came down to three factors: (1) cost, (2) durability, reliability, and stability of the cart and (3) technology. One of the difficult things about buying a cart is not being able to actually see them in operation i.e. not really knowing what you are buying other than reading reviews. Ultimately I picked the Bag Boy Navigator Quad. I have played about 8 rounds with it now and here is my experience:

a. Plenty of battery power to play 18 holes
b. Tracks very well
c. Extremely stable
d. Lightweight easy to load clubs off and on, as well as load in and out of my vehicle
e. Global Golf had by far and away the best price.
f. The cart delivered on time (actually arrived earlier than expected) and was simple and straightforward to assemble.
g. The cart weights about 33 lbs. and the battery adds another 4-5 pounds. Weight was a big deal to me.
h. The cart collapses into a small envelope when not being used.
i. I have had no problems to date. A year from now I will know much better if I made the right decision but all things point to this cart being a very good purchase so far.
j. Global Golf was easy to deal with and I did speak with a factory rep from Bag Boy who was also very helpful.
k.The lithium battery life vs a lead acid is still in question, but if I get 500 charges out of the lithium, I believe it was well worth it.
l. The remote is straightforward to use and controls the cart as advertised. I do lock it before every shot to insure the cart doesn't accidentally start moving.

All in all, I would highly recommend this cart if you are willing to spend the money. There are a lot of carts that are cheaper but I seriously question whether they will provide the same level of operation. And the plus to all of this, is that I'm not nearly as tired after walking 18 and it is reflected in my scoring average.
