Nike VR-S 5 Wood Fairway Wood 19° Used Golf Club

I bought this club in the middle of summer. I previously had a Ping G10. I love my ping G10 but it was losing its pop and was about 4 years old. I hit this VR_S in the simulator and the first swing i took i smoked it 283 right down the center, i turned and asked the work if this was accurate and he said absolutely. I was like holy sh*t. I consistently hit my Ping 240-245 so hitting the VR_S 280+ was unreal. I took about 10-15 more swings and average roughly 255-265 carry. This club looks great at address and performs excellent. Nike doesn't get enough credit for the golf equipment. I went on to purchase the driver and 3 hybrid all of the VR_S brand, great club at a great price!

I ordered this club and i could not wait to get it, as soon as it arrived i headed straight to the range to take it for a spin and my oh my , this thing is amazing! i thought i would loose some yards due to the fubuki shaft but no , aha i didnt loose any yards at all , i gained them , even with mis-hits they still went farther then my previous 3 wood , sound is very nice , at address the footprint is beautiful , i quite like the nexcore technology , i couln't be happier! Nike is so underrated and truly i dont see why , they make amazing clubs , oh well thats my secret weapon. i was looking for a 3 wood that could kind of replace my driver because i am not that accurate with my driver so when i got this i was hitting the ball as far as my driver maybe longer and it was going where i wanted it to go. Absolutely an amazing club , pick one up , i am giving this a solid 10/10!

My 3 wood broke, and Nike had a demo day at our course. I hit the Covert 3 and 5, very impressive. I could not afford the $240/club price. I looked on this site and found Mint Vrs,reg flex, last year model, purchased both with HC and overnight shipping, $170. I am a 62 year old, double digit handicap, but still hit a fairly long off the tee box. I now hit my 3 wood as far as my partners hit their drivers, Cobra, Callaway. I have thought about a driver but why. These clubs have been so impressive. And my old clubs were knockoffs, but believe me, the knockoffs do not perform the same as the real clubs.

I bought a 5W here that arrived in mint condition and it is a great club. A huge step up compared to my old 5W. I have a stiff flex and it swings like another wood I have used, but this one is hot out of the box. Solid contact and the ball flies off the face like a driver. I would highly recommend this as it is a great club, and for the price it's well worth it.
