Description
The Taylor Made RocketBallz Tour fairway wood uses breakthrough technology to boost the clubface COR to an extreme. The RocketBallz Tour head has a neutral face alignment at address and is engineered to be compact for a penetrating trajectory and neutral flight bias. The Speed Pocket in the sole boosts ball speed dramatically for more distance. The Thick-Thin Crown design creates lower CG to promote higher launch for more distance. The low/forward CG promotes a higher launch and low spin. The white crown and black face makes alignment easy and eliminates glare on top. This fairway has increased 17 yards to most players’ current woods. The TP version is the same head as the standard RocketBallz Tour but with an upgraded shaft option.

Great club, disapointed in service |

Let me start by giving my golf bio, I am a 3 handicap tournament golfer with average distance. I use my 3 wood off of a lot of tees playing for position, my last one was a R9 15degree which was great. I played it roughly 250 yards very consistently with a baby draw, I was looking for more distance and found it with this club. I play a 13degree Xflex tour spoon, and have picked up an extra 16 yards of carry along with a lower more penetrating ball flight. This club is a little tricky to get use to especially playing off the deck but with practice it can be a great tool for any serious golfer.
Onto my only gripe, this is simply globalgolf's promptness with shipping. I ordered the club on a Monday but it didnt not ship until Thursday that week, so that was a bad start. Never recieving any sort of confirmation that it was shipped I had to reach out to them to gain any information at all. I have used them in the past with great success and will continue to in the future but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Also I wish they would include a grip rating with used clubs so that I would know if I wanted to have it regripped from them or not, mine came rather worn and slick for a excellent condition club.

Dear "In regards to the above review to John Z" you look like the stupid one. The old style woods were made out of "persimmon wood" not maple. You claim to hit your hybrid 243 yards...my guess is more like 143 yards...and what is a "raylor" club? Never heard of that one and I've been playing over 50 years...

First of all, a slice is caused by your swing, aka you don't know how to swing correctly. Second, it's Mizuno, not Mazuno.
Third, don't blame equipments for your flaws, blame it for your skill in golf.
I have a tour 4H rbz and hit that thing 243yds, 23yds further than my old raylor. And I can hit an old maple wood from 20 years ago with no problems.
So stop being an idiot and take golf lessons before you write a **** review. It'll just make you look stupid

After buying the tour 3 wood I was disapointed when I started to hit more slices with this club so I bought a Mazuno, which I am hitting straiter and as far
