Description

The Nike Method Core Weighted Putter has a milled face insert with grooves that are partially filled with a soft polymer to generate a faster, more controlled forward roll at impact. This prevents the ball from skidding, or hopping, with the result that putts will start true to your intended line. Nike has also added weights to the heel and toe in the sole of the in order to match the ideal swing weight with the putter’s length. The weights are not adjustable, but are designed to help lower the center of gravity which produces an immediate forward roll to delivers more consistent putts.

Q
What is the standard weight on this club?
asked by Brooks R. on 4/29/2016
A
With this being a closeout model, there isn't much information left out there on this model. According to Nike, the head weight is 345 grams in the 35 inch model. Considering the typical weight of a shaft and grip, the total weight is likely over 500 grams. Hope this helps.

One great putter

Nike really got it right in this second gen Method Core. The change in weighting along with the Method insert produces amazingly pure roll. Price is a bargain.

Very nice putter!

Handicap: 11-15  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Left Hand

I wanted to try a putter that would be a change from my Ping Sonoma blade and this Nike is a great fit. I prefer a minimal off set, normal size grip, and a harder feel from the face. This putter provided the 1st two attributes with a softer feel. I'm not sold on the face but I do find this putter very easy to putt with. There's very little deviation on off center strokes. The quality was as expected for a used putter and the value was excellent. I will not hesitate to purchase from GG in the future.

Just Do It!

Plays Golf: I play weekly  Dexterity: Right Hand

Played a couple rounds with this bad boy and helped tremendously with my score. Hit the ball in the sweet spot and the ball will go exactly where you want. I switched from a Ghost Spider Belly and feel much more confident with a blade putter. Not only does it perform well but it's a good looking Putter as well.

Best Putter I've Had

Handicap: 6-10  Plays Golf: I play more than once a week  Dexterity: Right Hand

I switched over from the Taylormade White Smoke blade putter which to me was weighted to light. This putter however has very balanced weight throughout and always rolls a pure ball without bouncing. I would highly recommend this putter. I bought for under $100 in excellent condition and it came in looking new. No complaints here.
