Description

The Callaway X-Forged 2009 is forged from soft 1020 carbon steel and is a precision iron for highly skilled players. It features a short blade length, thin topline, and narrow sole for increased shot-making capability, along with a Flighted CG design that produces strong trajectories and Progressive Dual Notch Weighting that allows weight to be precisely positioned for optimal performance.

Condition Description

Clubs in Good Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Good Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Good Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Moderate face and sole wear; minor groove wear and/or chrome wear; rock dings on the leading edge and/or sole; light rusting; shaft wear. The ferrules may or may not be seated to the hosel on each iron in the set. The ferrule is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the playability of the club.

Solid Irons

It took me a little while to get used to these after switching from my old Nike Slingshots. I will have to say that after a few rounds they are good solid clubs. I think that I should have progressed to something more than blades but I am not hitting these solid and would recommend to anyone trying to improve their game.
