Description

The Ping S58 iron elevates the feel and performance of a smaller, traditional head. The ball flight and distance control preferred by players seeking to compete at the highest levels is achieved through strategic placement of the center of gravity (CG)—further back in the long irons and moved forward in the short irons. The dual cavity design combines with a vertical stabilizing bar to enhance feel by positioning the center of gravity towards the center of the face.

Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: NOTE: Some irons are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear. Normal ball marks on the faces; minor scratching on the soles; no significant dings on the heads; no significant wear on the shafts.

Features

  • A thin top line and progressive offsets aid in alignment and inspires confidence.
  • It features a tuning pocket and insert that positions the center of gravity lower and deeper, giving the club a slightly higher, but penetrating trajectory.
  • The width of sole increases inertia and moves the clubhead smoothly through the turf and rough.
