We ship exclusively via United Parcel Service (UPS). Normal shipping will be sent UPS Ground, and is usually shipped within one (1) business day of receiving payment. We do offer expedited shipping,
please contact customer service before you process your payment and we'll get you a quote.
APO / FPO and other US Military addressed shipments will be shipped US Postal Service for the same charge as continental USA shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for APO deliveries.

Shipping charges include brokerage fees and the cost of shipping the item.
Any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your government are the responsibility of the buyer.

International carriers base international shipping rates on dimensional weight not actual weight.
This means that the size of the item, not just the weight, determine the shipping charges.
Large items that do not have a large physical weight will have their shipping weight calculated at a higher physical weight.
This is common on bags, carts, iron sets and other bulky items. Because of the dimensional weight system used by the carriers we do not offer combined shipping discounts on bags, carts, iron sets and other bulky items.
Combined Shipping Discounts
Items that ship together will be automatically discounted at checkout.
If you order 2 or more items from us within a 7 day time period, wait for the last auction to end and your checkout will automatically combine and discount the shipping for your invoice.
The item with the most expensive shipping charge will be used as the base shipping amount. All other items will be invoiced using the "Additional Items" discounted shipping rates.
Please note: Due to high dimensional weight factors, bags and carts do not have combined shipping rates.
Are GlobalGolf.com shipments insured?
GlobalGolf.com insures your purchase for the full sales price. If anything does happen to your item in shipping we will either try to find a replacement, or send you a full refund. Please contact customer service within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise so we can file a claim with UPS.
