How can I track the status or my order?
You can track the status of your order by viewing the Track Orders Page http://www.globalgolf.com/secure/orders/tracking.aspx. Enter your Order ID and email address. Once your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a UPS tracking number. For a detailed tracking status, visit UPS.com. I can’t find a particular club, what should I do?
You can set up a Product Alert on the My Accounts page. You are required to maintain an account with Global Golf to use this feature. Once established, you will receive an email when we receive a particular club that you requested. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold this product until check-out is completed. Can I return my item?
Yes. You can return pre-owned items within 14 days of receipt for any reason. You can also return a non pre-owned item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Please see our Returns page for more details.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you received an item other than what was ordered, please call 866-843-0262 or email us at orders@globalgolf.com as soon as possible.

What if my item got damaged in shipment?
If your item was damaged during shipment, please call 866-843-0262 or email us at orders@globalgolf.com as soon as possible. We will make arrangements with UPS to retrieve the damaged item.

Where do you purchase used clubs?
All of our pre-owned clubs come from authorized off-course retailers, pro-shops or directly from equipment manufacturers. Global Golf has sourcing relationships with many of the industry’s leading retailers and manufacturers.

Do you take trades?
We currently do not accept consumer trades. However, our Global Golf Pricebook is the national standard for establishing used club values. This Price Book is used by leading retailers across the US and Canada. You can use it to look-up a current trade-in value and take it to any retailer that participates in the Global Golf program. If your retailer does not participate in the Global Golf program, have them contact us.

Do you take actual golf club photographs?
In most cases, we take actual images of each pre-owned golf club. In other cases, we use a representative image of that same club in the same condition.

What is a close-out?
A close-out is a new product that is no longer in the current product line of the manufacturer and is offered at an attractive value. Because of our industry relationships, we have access to a vast number of close-out golf clubs, bags, apparel, shoes and other products.

Do you sell current in-line clubs?
Yes. In addition to pre-owned and close-out clubs, we sell current in-line models for most manufacturers. If you are looking for a particular current in-line model and do not see it listed on the website, please give us a call at 866 843-0262.

Are your clubs under warranty?
All new current in-line golf clubs that we sell are sold under manufacturer warranty. In some cases, a pre-owned or close-out product may be eligible for warranty coverage. If you have a warranty issue, please give us a call. Please see our Returns page for more information.

When can I expect my shipment?
Shipment times vary depending upon the final destination. All shipments, excluding APO and manufacturer drop shipments, are sent via UPS. We ship every business day and most orders ship within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. For more information, visit our Shipping page.

What is a drop ship?
A drop ship is a shipment originating directly from the manufacturer. If we do not have a particular new item in stock, we will request the manufacturer to ship that item directly to you. We are unable to provide tracking information for drop shipments, however you may call or email us for that information.

I’m outside of the US, how much does it cost for shipping?
Global Golf ships to over 50 countries via UPS. The cost of shipment depends on the item (weight and size) that you have purchased from us. Please see our Shipping page for detailed rate information. Also, remember that our shipping rates do not include duties, taxes and other import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. UPS pre-pays these charges and the customer must reimburse UPS upon delivery.

What does Certified Pre-owned mean?
Certified Pre-owned products are golf clubs that undergo a detailed inspection and cleaning, include a new grip and headcover and come with a 12-month limited warranty from Global Golf. For more information, please visit the Certified Pre-owned Page. Please allow up to 48 hours to process a CPO product.
